Terms of Service

eTunisie is an independent travel discovery platform showcasing Tunisia as a destination. We provide editorial content, planning tools, an AI assistant ("Karim"), a partner directory and curated affiliate links to third-party booking sites.

We are not a travel agency. We do not own, sell or directly operate flights, hotels, tours or transfers. Bookings are completed on partner websites (Booking.com, Aviasales, GetYourGuide, Welcome Pickups, and others), each with its own terms.

By browsing etunisie.net or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Partner accounts must represent a legally registered tourism business.

• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information. False information may lead to suspension.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Listings in our directory are submitted by partners and reviewed by our team. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but do not guarantee that every detail (price, opening hours, availability, star rating) is accurate at the time you read it. Always confirm directly with the partner before travelling.

Partners are solely responsible for the services they sell.

Many links on eTunisie redirect to partner booking sites and we may earn a commission on completed bookings — at no extra cost to you. We disclose this with the standard rel="sponsored" attribute on outbound links.

Once you land on a partner's site, the partner's terms, prices, cancellation policies and customer service apply. eTunisie is not a party to that contract and cannot intervene in disputes, refunds or schedule changes.

If you post a review, photo or comment you confirm that:

• It reflects your honest, first-hand experience.
• You own the content or have permission to share it.
• It does not contain hate speech, illegal content, defamation or personal data of others.

You grant eTunisie a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, translate and distribute your content on the platform. We may remove or hide any content that violates these terms.

Karim is an AI travel assistant. Its answers are informational, generated by language models and may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify critical information (visa rules, opening hours, prices) with official sources before travelling.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, attack, overload or probe our infrastructure.
• Use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Submit fake reviews or impersonate another person or business.

All eTunisie text, design, logos, photographs (unless credited) and code are owned by eTunisie or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back, but you may not republish full pages or commercial reuse without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The site will always be available, error-free or secure.
• Information about prices, availability, weather, transport or events is current.
• Third-party partners will perform as advertised.

Travel involves risk. You are responsible for your own travel insurance, visa, vaccinations and safety decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTunisie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any partner booking. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to EUR 100.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or harm other users or partners. You can close your account at any time.

We may update features, content and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be communicated on the site or by email when relevant. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Tunis, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
